After-sale service
I. Service Time
1. Daily: 8:30 to 18:00
2. Fixed rest days: every Sunday
3. Rest time for fixed holidays will be notified separately
II. Service Requirements
1. Responsible for self-repair of equipment products, repairs back to the factory, door-to-door maintenance, customer service records.
2. Accept after-sales service consultation and feedback the results of processing.
3. Accept customer complaints and record complaints. Filing: Follow up and feedback the processing results in time.
4. Substitute and trial prototype material management, and input relevant information into customer service system, follow up customer gift reception.
5. Apply for product accessories and related tools for product maintenance and inspection.
6. Maintain good relationship with after-sales service personnel of the manufacturer and strive for support.
7. Follow up the after-sales service progress of the manufacturer.
8. Product knowledge and maintenance skills training for customers and internal employees.
9. Responsible for statistical analysis of product returns and customer complaints, timely submission to the company's customer management center.
III. Service Requirements
1. The company's equipment life-long warranty, equipment from the date of purchase, in normal use, in the event of any failure, the supplier within one year free maintenance (except vulnerable parts)
