How to deal with these faults of powder packaging machine?

There will be some faults when any machine is used for a long time. In order not to affect the normal operation of the machine, operators need to master some common knowledge of fault maintenance. The following is a summary of several common faults and maintenance methods of powder packaging machine, for your reference only.
1. The phenomenon of spiral immobility (i.e. stepper motor blockage) or good or bad measurement in powder packaging machine may be:
(1) There are impurities in the material which cause excessive resistance or eccentricity of the cup. In this case, please shut down, unload the cup, clear the impurities or adjust the position of the cup.
(2) The operator places the bottom of the container at the outlet of the cup and changes the operation method.
2. The measurement is inaccurate after changing the packaging specifications or materials, which may be:
(1) The position of the agitator knife is not suitable and needs to be adjusted so that the distance between the lower end of the knife and the helix is about 10-15 mm.
(2) Leakage occurs after filling, and leakproof mesh is added.
3. Mixing motor does not work:
(1) Release of thermal overload relay. When you open the electrical control cabinet, you can see the hot overload relay trip indicator (green) ejection. The reason for the failure is that the load of the mixer motor is too large or it is vibrated when the machine is shut down.
(2) Power supply is out of phase.
4. Stepping motor is not working properly or not:
(1) The voltage fluctuation of the power grid is too large, and the alarm lamp of the driving power supply is on; the driving power supply is self-locking.
(2) The high frequency of operation results in the step motor out of step.
5. The power supply voltage is too low, and the following faults will occur:
(1) Self-locking of driving power supply of packaging machine appears.
(2) There will also be instability in the weight of the calibration scale.
(3) If the voltage is too low, the calibration scale will display disorderly.
(4) Stepper motor may be out of step and drive power alarm.
